What if they never answer?
The link does not expire. You can also send the question to someone else instead.
Who can hear the answer?
You and the person who answered. Nobody else, unless one of you chooses to share it with family.
Can I ask someone other than a parent?
Yes. Anyone with a phone.
What if I want a refund?
No one has asked for a refund, but if you want one, we'll probably give it to you if you are nice to us.
How can you guarantee I can access this forever?
We will host the answers for up to 10 years. After that we send you a downloadable file. Either way, you'll always have it.
